1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept the following payment methods:

2. In what currency are transactions processed? All transactions at Williams and Carter are processed in GBP (Great British Pound).

5. What is your return policy? We accept returns for defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

Items must be in new condition and unused.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

7. Is there a restocking fee for returns? Yes, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for returned items.

8. Can I exchange an item? Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible items in new condition within 30 days of delivery. To process an exchange, follow the return steps and place a new order for the desired item.

9. When will I receive my refund? Refunds will be processed within 5 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

11. What is your delivery time? Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Free within UK).

12. What shipping carrier do you use? We use Royal Mail and DPD for deliveries within the UK. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

13. How can I track my order? Your tracking number will be activated within 24 hours after shipping. You can use it to track your order online.

14. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Yes, but you must contact us at info@williamsandcarter.com or call +447853742867 within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is in transit, we cannot modify the shipping address.
