Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer support team at info@williamsandcarter.com to initiate the return process.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories.
  • Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
  • Restocking Fee: A 50% restocking fee applies to our products.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within five business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift items

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us immediately. If damage is noticed after delivery, email us within 24 hours at info@williamsandcarter.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.

Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. If the product arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost. A replacement product will be sent at no additional shipping charge.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Email us at info@williamsandcarter.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
  • Follow the return process for the original item. Once received and approved, we will ship the new product.

Cancellation Policy

We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. If you are unable to cancel within this timeframe, you will need to follow our return process.
